2020 has been a year we will all remember. A Chicago friend who is a therapist wrote, “It has been an experience requiring much humility, reflection and gratitude.” Another friend wrote, “2020 has provided opportunities to learn that every single moment is valuable.” Gaby and Zyan, who are now co-creators for ABeautifulVoice.org – wrote that “2020 has shown humanity that love and health are the most precious things we have.” From my perspective, 2020 has been teaching us that how we care for mind-body-soul affects the well-being of others – and also impacts mother earth. We are all connected.
