Life has a way of interrupting even the most determined voices. But silence, however necessary at times, doesn’t mean surrender.
I’m returning now with renewed purpose — and with a familiar tool I’ve missed: the meme. Are memes mightier than the sword? Perhaps Edward Bulwer-Lytton would say yes, since he once reminded us that “the pen is mightier than the sword.”
Though I can’t attend No Kings Day in person, I’ll be contributing in spirit — continuing to speak against the erosion of dignity and democratic principle — through words, images, and conscience.
In a time when authoritarianism rises, staying silent feels impossible!
